Stopped on the highway outside of Wagga Wagga before hitting the two lane freeway.

Photos of bike and road at a couple of locations east of Mildura, VIC as I made my way to Wagga Wagga, NSW.  As I stopped the bike I startled a couple of emus that were in the scrub on the left side of the road.  Before I could get my camera out they had scattered.

On road north and east of Adelaide, SA as I head to Mildura, VIC for the night.  Went along Gorges Road. What a ride. No pics, but took video.  This picture above is just before my Ram mount for my camera broke   off.  Crap. No worries, or swears, or anger - whatever.  It is good to try a different approach.

Taking the ferry at Walkers Flats, SA.  Nice ride.

View of ferry at Walkers Flats.

Somewhere well west of Mildura.

Murray river view.

Murray river view.  Drove up to edge on bike.  Made sure to not pop the clutch or make any sudden movements.

Road somewhere west of Mildura, VIC.

The rider, somewhere west of Mildura, VIC.  Got to love the squashed bugs

Red Bull break in Loxton, SA.  Nice place actually.

Arrived in Mildura and staying at the Grand Hotel (http://www.qualityhotelmilduragrand.com.au/).  Had supper at Stefano's (http://www.qualityhotelmilduragrand.com.au/asp/stefano.asp).  Excellent.

The Granites on road from Robe to Adelaide, SA.

I was working.  The two pictures above are from Hugh's disease nurseries in Adelaide and at the Turretfield screening site outside of Adelaide. Had supper with Hugh and his wife in Stirling, SA.  Wonderful meal, unbelievable house, most pleasant company!  Stirling is quite the place.

Working again.  Out with Kenton looking at their wheat demo at the Adelaide Botanical Gardens, and at the Turretfield plot site.  Had supper with Kenton and his wife Kim at Hahndorf, SA.  Great supper and excellent company.  Shared some beverages and great laughs at Kim and Kenton's place.

Walking up to beach area at Robe, SA.

Nice ocean side path at Robe.  No snakes or bogans observed.

View of Long Beach Robe, SA.  It goes on forever.

View of Long Beach.  Portions can be driven on.  Sections are also for dogs off leash.  Lola, Coco, Roxy, Buddy, and Bo would have loved it.

More of Long Beach, Robe, SA.  Can't imagine what it would be like during summer.  Apparently, when it is 40+C in Adelaide, SA it is about 10C cooler in Robe, SA.

On way back to hotel.  Had fish and chips.  Scrumptious and washed down with big bottles of Coopers Ale.

Great Ocean road from Port Fairy to Lorne (first pic).  Next four pics from Beachport, VIC.  Very nice place.  Just arrived at Robe Motor Inn in Robe, SA.  Cheap supper from IGA and where is the nearest bottle shop!

Enjoyed a bowl of chips and gravy at The Staff pub in Port Fairy, VIC.  Can't remember the beer I started on, but ended with Guinness.  I was hopping in the pub.  The bartenders were awesome and kept the beer, etc. flowing.  Could have used the Friday Uglies crowd from Lacombe.  Slept well.

Great Ocean Road from Lorne, VIC to Port Fairy, VIC.  2nd and 3rd last photos from the 12 Apostles.  It was a magical ride on a motorcycle.  Wished I could have shared it with Sweetness, Stinky, Monkey Man, The Chameleon, Velvet, Mrs. Velvet, Bidgie, Big Larry, The Velvet's offspring, and Big Larry's offspring, etc.  Not sure everyone would have appreciated the bike ride, but certainly the scenery.  I think Big Larry and I should rent a bike with a sidecar and do our own version of K-roc and Big Larry's DownUnder Adventure.  Big Larry any suggested titles?  Any suggestions from the other loved family members?

On the road to Torquay and Lorne.  While in Torquay did some shopping at the RipCurl store.  Stopped off at Bells Beach the site of the world's longest running surfing competition (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bells_Beach,_Victoria).  Had a lovely walk around Lorne, VIC along the beach and pier and encountered a flock of cockatoos.  The last photo is the Great Ocean Road where I am going tomorrow.
